Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ zucchini
  • 0.5 ½ aubergine (s)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 500 g tartare or round beef
  • 1 piece (s) feta cheese
  • 4 medium tomato (s)
  • some olive oil
  • Herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice tomatoes, peppers, zucchini and aubergine. Cut the onion and spring onions into half rings.
  2. Put some olive oil in a large pan. Simmer the tomato cubes in it over medium heat and season with salt and pepper. Flatten them lightly with a potato masher or wooden spoon so that they become mushy and watery. Sprinkle some Italian herbs on top.
  3. Push the tomatoes to the edge of the pan and leave out the red onions in the middle and then the spring onions. Push the onion mixture to the edge. Place the remaining vegetables in the middle of the pan at the same time and cook for two minutes with the lid closed.
  4. At the same time, fry the tartare spicy and briefly in a smaller pan. Salt and pepper. Add the meat to the vegetables and mix well. Add Italian herbs and lightly season with salt and pepper. The cheese then gives off a lot of flavor.
  5. Scatter the crumbly feta over the mixture, stir well and leave to steep for 2 minutes with the lid closed, so that the cheese melts and binds. Season again to taste.
