Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 300 g natural yourt (0.1% fat)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 40 g suar
  • 2 lime (s), the finely grated zest and 4 tablespoons its juice
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 500 g red fruit jelly (cherry or arden fruit, refrierated shelf)
  • Pistachios, chopped, for decoration
  • Lemon balm to decorate
  • Whipped cream to decorate

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone, natural yoghurt, vanilla sugar, sugar, lime zest and lime juice. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully.
  2. Layer the cream alternately with the red fruit jelly in a glass bowl. Garnish with chopped pistachios, lemon balm and whipped cream. Chill for approx. 1 hour until eaten.
