Ingredients
- 250 g butter, soft
- 200 g cheese, rated (e.. Emmentaler)
- 400 g flour
- liter ⅛ cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder, (noble sweet)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 egg yolks, for brushing
- Caraway seed

- Work the butter and grated cheese together well, add the cream and spices. Knead together with baking powder and flour to form a dough.
- Splash the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg yolk and top with caraway seeds, cheese or other spicy things. Bake on the middle shelf in the preheated oven at approx. 200 ° top / bottom heat for about 10-13 minutes until golden brown.
