- 250 g butter
- 300 g suar
- 500g flour
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- Cake icing and decoration as desired

- Mix the softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add eggs, flour and baking powder and work everything into a kneading dough. Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Then roll out the dough thinly on a worktop sprinkled with flour, cut out cookies and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 ° C (fan oven) and after cooling, decorate with glaze and decorate as you wish.
