Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 100 g powdered suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 100 g vanilla puddin powder

- Mix the soft butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar thoroughly. Gradually stir in the sifted flour and pudding powder.
- Shape the dough into balls. Place the balls on the baking tray lined with baking paper, press flat with a fork to create a pattern.
- Bake at 180 - 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 8 - 12 minutes. The cookies should stay light.
- After baking, carefully remove from the tray and let cool on a wire rack.
