  • 2 hard-boiled egg (s)
  • 2 bunches chives
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the eggs and put them in a bowl. Wash the chives, cut into rolls and add to the egg cubes.
  2. Add the crème fraiche and mustard and carefully mix everything together. Add salt and pepper to taste as required.
  3. Goes very well as a spread with fresh baguette.
