Ingredients
- 50 g chocolate (dark)
- 500 ml milk
- 20 g cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 50 grams sugar
- 80 g hazelnuts, roasted, round
- 2 small apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 200 ml whipped cream
- Chocolate sprinkles

- Break the chocolate into small pieces and bring to the boil in 250 ml milk, do not forget to stir. Mix the cornstarch, cocoa and sugar with the rest of the milk and pour into the boiling chocolate milk. Keep stirring. If it has boiled several times, take it off the fire. Now stir in half of the hazelnuts, distribute the contents of the pan between 4 bowls and chill.
- To serve, grate apples and mix with lemon juice. Whip the whipped cream until stiff, mix with the apples and the remaining nuts and pour onto the cream. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
