Pampushki with Herbs and Garlic, to Borscht

Fragrant pampushki with herbs and garlic go well with borscht and any other first dish. This is delicious!

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Flour – 400 g
  • Milk – 300 ml + for greasing donuts
  • Dry yeast – 10 g
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Refined sunflower oil – 1 tbsp

For refueling:

  • Fresh parsley – to taste
  • Fresh dill – to taste
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Unrefined sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Pour yeast, sugar and salt into sifted flour.
  2. Then pour in warm milk.
  3. Knead the dough.
  4. Transfer the dough to a work surface.
  5. Knead the dough, adding a little vegetable oil. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and send to a warm place for 40 minutes.
  6. When the yeast dough for donuts is suitable, knead it a little, roll the sausage and divide into 9 parts.
  7. Roll into balls from the pieces of dough and put them in a dish greased with vegetable oil. Cover the mold with a towel so that the buns fit again. This will take another 15 minutes.
  8. Grease the donut rolls with milk. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  9. Prepare the dressing. Chop the greens.
  10. Mix unrefined sunflower oil, water, herbs, salt and garlic grated on a fine grater.
  11. Pour hot donuts with the resulting dressing and serve donuts with garlic and herbs to borscht.
