Pampushki with Garlic (in a Slow Cooker)

Delicious and simple pastries – garlic donuts. I propose to cook donuts in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 2-3 cups
  • Warm water – 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Dry yeast – 12 g (1 sachet)
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil – 7 tbsp + for greasing the bowl
  • Garlic – 4-6 cloves
  • Dried greens – to taste

Directions

  1. Pour yeast, sugar, and salt into warm water (about 40 degrees). Stir.
  2. Gradually adding the sifted flour, knead the dough. In the process, pour in 3 tbsp vegetable oil. The yeast dough should be firm, soft, and not sticky to your hands.
  3. Place the dough in a container greased with vegetable oil. Cover with a towel, leave in a warm place, for example, near a switched-on stove, for 30 minutes. The dough should double in size.
  4. Divide the finished yeast dough for donuts into 7 parts, roll into balls.
  5. Grease a bowl of a multicooker with vegetable oil put dough balls into it. Set the “Baking” mode and bake donuts in a slow cooker for 1.5 hours. I set this mode for 45 minutes, so I turned it on 2 times.
  6. Peel the garlic, squeeze it into 4 tbsp vegetable oil. Add dried herbs if desired. After the end of baking, remove the donuts from the multicooker and grease with prepared garlic oil
  7. Let the garlic donuts cool so that the garlic oil is absorbed.
