- 1 packet pizza dough for a tray
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 packet herbs, Italian (frozen)
- 250 g cheese, rated for ratin
- some oil

- Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and preheat the oven according to the instructions on the packet. Dice the peppers and halve the tomatoes, fry the vegetables together with a little oil in a coated pan.
- Mix the beaker of creme fraiche with the herbs and spread the mixture over the pizza dough. Now distribute the vegetables on the pizza and sprinkle them with the cheese. After about 20 minutes in the oven, the pizza has a golden yellow cheese crust and is ready.
- Tip: Use light products to reduce calories and fat!
