Ingredients

  • 2 packs puff pastry
  • 1 large can (s) tomato (pizza)
  • 2 scoops mozzarella

For the topping: (1st variant)

  • 1 pack cooked ham
  • 400 g mushrooms

For the topping: (2nd variant)

  • 2 cans tuna

Instructions

  1. Spread the puff pastry out on a tray and coat it with tomato sauce. Then top with diced mozzarella, sliced ham and mushrooms or simply with mozzarella and tuna. Then fold the other half on top so that it becomes a strudel and bake it according to the instructions on the packet.
