  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 2 teaspoons processed or grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place in either one large or two small baking dishes. You don`t have to layer it, just distribute it in the form.
  2. Heat a piece of butter, add 1 teaspoon flour and sweat, gradually add 250 ml milk and bring to the boil. Season with pepper. Stir in 2 teaspoons of processed cheese or normal grated cheese and let it melt (I used processed cheese). Season again and, if necessary, add granular broth to taste.
  3. Pour over the potatoes and shake the mold a little so that the mixture spreads. Bake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat, gas: level 6) for about 45 minutes. From minute 35 on, I pecked the slices at regular intervals to see if the potatoes were done.
