Ingredients
- 400 g potato (s), floury boilin
- 40 g semolina
- 60 g potato flour
- a bit salt

- Cook the potatoes until soft, peel them and press them through the potato press while they are still hot. Mix with semolina, potato flour and a little salt and shape into dumplings. Place on a sieve insert and stew over steam for 15 minutes.
- Goes very well with roast pork, smoked meat and ribs.
