Ingredients
- 250 g jacket potato (s), cooked from the day before
- 300 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 cube yeast, fresh
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon spice mix for bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 125 ml water

- Grate the potatoes, mix with the flour, salt and spices, dissolve the yeast in warm water and add together with the oil, knead everything well, add a little more flour if necessary, cover and let rise for at least 30 minutes.
- Shape bread rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cover and let rise again for 30 minutes, brush with water and place in the cold oven.
- Turn on the oven to 200 degrees and bake until the rolls are golden brown and sound hollow when you tap the underside.
