Potatoes with Cheese, Bacon and Sour Cream (in the Microwave)

A fragrant potato with cheese, bacon, and sour cream can be cooked in just 10 minutes in the microwave!

Directions

Prepare products for cooking potatoes with cheese, bacon, and sour cream in the microwave.
Wash the potatoes with a brush under running water. Dry and use a fork to puncture the potato skins. Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe dish.
Place the strips of bacon on the potatoes.
Cover the form with a lid and send to the microwave for 8-9 minutes, cook at 800 W.

Put the bacon on a paper towel to absorb the fat.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise, without cutting to the end.
Open the potatoes like a book and use a fork to slightly loosen (fluff) the potato pulp. Salt to taste.
Put the grated cheese into each cut and send the potatoes back to the microwave for 1 minute, uncovered, to melt the cheese. Put a teaspoon of sour cream on the finished potatoes.
Crumble or chop the bacon and sprinkle on the potatoes.
Serve the potatoes, garnish with chopped green onions.
