Ingredients
- 1 kg Brussels sprouts, cleaned, weighed or frozen
- 1 ½ kg potato (s), peeled, cut into large cubes
- 2 slices smoked pork, diced
- 3 sausages, (Mettwürstchen), sliced
- 500 ml hollandaise sauce
- 350 g cheese, diced
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- some butter
- broth

- Cook the Brussels sprouts and potatoes in the broth for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and mix gently with the smoked pork and sausages in a buttered casserole dish. Salt, pepper and season with plenty of nutmeg. Pour the hollandaise sauce over it and cover the pan with aluminum foil. Place in the oven at 200 ° for a good 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the cheese over the casserole and bake for another 15 minutes at 225 °.
