- 3 kg raspberries
- 3 kg sugar
- 3 liters water

- Put the raspberries, sugar and water together and in a saucepan and let it boil. Then strain the juice through a fine sieve and fill it into bottles while it is still hot. Close the bottles tightly and let stand covered for 1 day.
