Salad “Guests were not Expected”

An excellent salad from the “guests on the doorstep” series 🙂 And we have something to surprise you with.

Ingredients
- Pineapples – 1 can (580 g)
- Sweet peppers – 2 pcs.
- Peking cabbage – 0.5-1 pcs.
- Canned corn – 1 can (340 g)
- Rye croutons – 1 pack (100 g)
- Lean mayonnaise (or regular) – 100-150 g
Directions
- The products for the pineapple and corn salad are in front of you.
- Wash and finely chop the Chinese cabbage.
- Open a jar of canned corn
- Open a jar of pineapples. Drain the syrup. Cut the rings into pieces.
- Wash sweet pepper, peel off the stalk, cut into strips.
- Open a pack of croutons. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, season the salad with pineapple and corn with mayonnaise to taste. Mix well.
- The “Guests were not expected” salad is ready
