“Guests on the Doorstep” Sandwiches

There are situations in the life of every hostess when guests suddenly come, and there is nothing at home that could be put on the table. In this case, it is useful to master the recipe for simple but very tasty sandwiches.
Ingredients
- Wheat bread – 4 slices
- Smoked cheese – 100 g
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Cucumbers, sliced – 8 pcs.
- Bulgarian pepper
- Chicken egg – 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise
Directions
- Boil the egg.
Cut the bread into slices.
Cheese, garlic rub on a fine grater. Mix the cheese with mayonnaise.
Spread the cheese mass on the bread.
- Put chopped peppers and cucumber on the cheese.
- Rub the egg on a fine grater and sprinkle it on the sandwiches.
