- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 500 g minced meat
- salt and pepper
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 400 ml milk
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon stock (Vegeta)
- Fat for the shape

- Sweat the finely chopped onion in hot oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Cut the potatoes into slices. Grease a baking dish.
- Layer the minced meat with the potato slices alternately in a baking dish. Whisk together the milk, eggs and Vegeta and pour over it. Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for about 50 - 60 minutes.
- A Serbian salad and fresh white bread go well with this.
