  • 1 point puff pastry
  • 2 bars chocolate (whole nut)
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry. Chop the chocolate into small pieces (alternatively add almonds and dark chocolate). Roll the minced meat in the puff pastry into a croissant shape. Brush the dough with a little egg if necessary. Only the corners should be covered. Bake in the oven preheated to approx. 200-225 degrees (convection) for approx. 10-15 minutes.
  2. It tastes lukewarm best.
