- 500 g spelled flour (whole rain)
- 345 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 bag / s yeast, 25g
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon oil

- Knead the flour with all the ingredients well with the mixer - it is best to dissolve the yeast in a measuring cup with the lukewarm water before adding it to the flour, sugar and salt.
- Then cover everything in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Then dust again with a little flour and form 8 - 10 rolls out of it - then rub these with a little water and place a fire-proof dish filled with water in the oven.
- Then let the rolls rise for 10 minutes in the oven preheated to 50 degrees. Then adjust to 230 degrees and bake for between 14-17 minutes, depending on your taste.
