Ingredients

  • 200 ml tomatoes, strained, not in pieces
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), hot
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 pinches cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch cumin powder

Instructions

  1. The ingredients should be prepared and cut before cooking.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Steam the finely diced onions in hot olive oil until they are translucent. Add the diced paprika with the finely chopped chilli peppers and sweat with them. Add the tomatoes. Let everything simmer for about 20 minutes and season with the spices. Garnish with the chopped parsley.
  3. Let cool for a good hour after boiling.
