- 850 g strawberries
- 100 ml orange juice
- 45 g chocolate, dark
- 1 small chilli pepper (s), fresh
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli pepper (s), dried
- 1 lemon (s)
- 500 g preservin suar

- Roughly chop the washed, cleaned strawberries (for example with a meat grinder) and cook with orange juice, lemon juice, the grated peel and preserving sugar according to the instructions on the package.
- Halve, core and finely chop the chilli pepper and add to the saucepan with the chilli flakes and cook. Break the chocolate (at least 60 percent) into small pieces and let it melt in the jam mass, do not boil any more!
- Pour the mixture into twist-off glasses and allow to cool.
