Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 2 tomato (s), eighthed
  • 1 can tuna, in oil (25 g)
  • 0.5 ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 50 g mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • salt
  • Chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the iceberg lettuce, wash and arrange on 4 plates.
  2. Spread the drained tuna, onion and bell pepper on top. Mix the dressing with the mayonnaise, cream and ketchup. Season to taste with salt and chilli powder. Spread over the lettuce, sprinkle with chives and garnish the lettuce with tomato wedges.
