Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 180 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
  • 70 g almond (s), round or nuts or hazelnut brittle
  • 50 g chocolate flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour with the baking powder. Add all other ingredients and knead vigorously. Then shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in aluminum foil and let it cool for about 60 minutes.
  2. Then just roll out and cut out cookies. Bake for approx. 12 - 15 minutes at approx. 200 degrees.
