- 500 g tortellini
- 3 peppers, colored
- 500 g tomato (s), passed
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon, leveled vegetable stock, grained
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Prepare the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the peppers into 1-2 cm pieces. Then fry lightly in a little oil in a saucepan. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Then stir in the cream and let the sauce simmer briefly. Season to taste with vegetable stock, salt and pepper.
