Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 1 can tuna, in oil
- 2 tablespoon Miracel Whip
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon capers
- salt and pepper
- 1 ciabatta

- Puree all ingredients without the capers with a hand blender to a fine cream. Add the capers and puree again briefly. Season to taste with pepper and a little salt.
- Briefly bake the ciabatta until crispy and cut into slices for serving and brush with the tuna cream.
