  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 150 g cane suar
  • 3 tablespoon soy flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 7 tablespoon water, warm
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 20 baking wafers

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, hazelnuts and salt. Mix soy flour with water and oil to a viscous mass
  2. Throw everything together and mix well. Spread the wafers on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the mixture over the wafer with a teaspoon.
  3. Bake at 170 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
