Ingredients
- 250 g spelled flour
- 2 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
- 0.5 ½ pack dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 100 ml water, lukewarm
- 0.5 ½ pack sauce, (tomato-cream sauce)
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), cut into strips
- 0.5 ½ zucchini, cut into small pieces
- 0.5 ½ small onion (s), diced
- 2 tablespoon olives, black, finely chopped
- 1 tomato (s), finely chopped
- 1 packet cheese, (pizza mozzarella)

- Dough:
- Mix the flour with sugar, salt and dry yeast briefly, then add the oil and knead with a hand mixer or machine on medium speed, gradually add the water and continue kneading the dough. The dough must not stick to the dough hook, but also not be too dry. Slightly damp is ideal. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes, until it is twice the size. Knead again briefly. Then it is rolled out thinly on a fat-free surface sprinkled with flour and placed on the baking sheet lined with baking paper.

- After 30 minutes, wrap the dough in baking paper and aluminum foil and let it mature in the refrigerator for 24 hours. CAUTION the dough continues to ferment in the refrigerator, do not wrap the foil too tightly.
- Covering:
- Spread the tomato-cream sauce thinly and evenly, then top evenly with all of the above ingredients. Not too much cheese so that the baking process is not negatively affected.
