Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Knead a pizza dough from the first 11 ingredients by dissolving the yeast with the lukewarm water. Put the flour, which has been sifted in a bowl, into a well and add the water with the yeast. Mix everything well and also mix all remaining ingredients (spices) with the oil. Knead well for at least 5-10 minutes and then cover and let rise for about 25 minutes.
  2. Now divide the mixture into four parts, shape into a round shape and let rise for another 10 minutes.
  3. Then roll out the pieces thinly with a rolling pin, as round as possible, and brush with the tomato mixture and place the finely chopped and washed wild herbs on top. Put on thin onion rings, as well as half olives, chopped peppers and the halved party tomatoes. Finally distribute the cheese and put the pizzas in the oven for 20 minutes to bake at approx. 200 ° C.
  4. The remaining two parts can be frozen or covered with other ingredients.
