  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 80 grams flour

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 2 minutes until frothy. Add the quark, milk and cream and stir well. Sift in the flour, stirring carefully over and over again.
  2. Pour the batter into the prepared, greased casserole or tart dish. Spread the frozen or fresh raspberries on the dough and sprinkle with 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  3. Carefully place the dessert in the oven and bake for approx. 45 - 55 minutes at 180 - 200 ° C (no convection).
  4. Tastes particularly good with vanilla ice cream.
