- 500 g cream puffs (frozen, 2 packs)
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 1 packet raspberries (frozen)
- 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (e.g. milkmaid)
- some meringues (meringues)

- Spread the cream puffs in a baking dish. Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the quark until it is a smooth cream. Pour the cream over the cream puffs and smooth it out.
- Scatter the raspberries over the cream. Crumble the meringues over the cream and sprinkle over the raspberries. Let rest for approx. 45 - 60 minutes.
