- 1 egg (s)
- 1 slice (s) toast bread
- a bit salt
- possibly ham or bacon
- some margarine

- Heat some margarine in a pan. Then make a 3 cm circular hole in the middle of the toast and put the toast in the pan. Then crack open the egg on the edge and, like a fried egg, place the yolk in the middle of the hole if possible. Then sprinkle some salt on the egg toast. After a few minutes (depending on how firm the egg should be) turn the egg toast over and let it sizzle for a few more minutes.
- Tip: You can also fry some ham or bacon and spread it on the bread.
- Put everything on a plate and serve (or pick it up as it is quite crispy and firm).
