  • 60 g butter

  • 130 g cream
  • 180 g chocolate, white
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 120 g apricot (s), dried

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder together. Spread the butter in small pieces on top and knead into a crumbly dough.
  2. Beat the egg and cream in a second bowl and mix thoroughly with the crumbly batter. Finally, coarsely chop the white chocolate, walnuts, finely dice the dried apricots and knead into the dough.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection: 180 ° C, gas: level 3-4). Shape the dough into a ball with floured hands. Form a roll 5-6 cm thick on the floured work surface. Cut the rolling pin with a floured knife into 12 slices (about 2 cm thick).
  4. Place the slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown in 20-25 minutes.
