Ingredients
- 600 g beetroot, peeled and rated
- 400 g potato (s), floury, peeled, rated
- 1 medium onion (s), chopped
- 3 tablespoon flour, instant
- salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil

- Mix the beetroot, potatoes, onions and flour together and season well with salt and pepper. Shape this into 8 rösti of the same size and bake in hot rapeseed oil while turning.
- This is served with smoked salmon and horseradish or wasabi cream.
