Bulk Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • Flour – 1/2 Cup
  • Semolina – 1/4 Cup
  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Baking powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Hard cheese – 100 Grams
  • Chicken Egg – 2 Pieces (medium)
  • Sour cream 25% – 75 Grams
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Salt – To taste
  • Black pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Ingredients.
  2. Grate cold butter. Combine with flour, semolina, baking powder, salt and pepper, and grind into crumbs.
  3. Place in a greased form 18 * 18 and press down a little.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add eggs, sour cream, grated garlic.
  5. Mix everything and place on top of the flour mass.
  6. Bake at t = 200 for 30-35 minutes, until tender.
  7. Let cool and serve.
