Ingredients

  • 1 can tomatoes, chunky, approx. 400 g
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Chilli powder
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 bag (s) tortilla chips natural (salty)

Instructions

  1. For the salsa, chop the onion and garlic cloves and fry them briefly in a pan. Then add the chopped tomatoes and briefly bring to the boil. Season as desired with salt, pepper, chilli and oregano. Now immediately put the hot salsa in a blender and mix thoroughly until there are no more pieces. Season to taste and season as needed.
  2. Preparing the fried eggs at the same time saves time!
  3. To serve, distribute the tortilla chips evenly on four plates and pour the still hot salsa over them, place a fried egg on top.
