Cupcake in 5 Minutes in the Microwave Without Milk

You’ve probably already heard about super cupcakes in a mug that can be made in 5 minutes? And I will tell you how to cook a cake in 5 minutes in the microwave without milk and eggs. The vegetarian version is for you!
Ingredients
- Flour – 1.5 Glasses
- Water – 1 Glass
- Powdered sugar – 1 Glass
- Vegetable oil – 5 Tbsp
- Cocoa – 3 tablespoons
- Soda – 1 Teaspoon
- Vanilla – 1 Teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar – 1 Teaspoon
- Salt – 1 Pinch
Directions
- First mix all dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, vanilla, and salt, and then add water and oil, add vinegar and mix until smooth.
- Lubricate the mold with oil, pour the dough into it and send it to the microwave.
- We bake for 5 minutes at maximum power, then turn it off, let it stand in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Then we’ll open it. If the middle grabs, the dish is ready. If not, turn on the microwave for another 30 seconds.
- When serving, sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar. Done, bon appetit!
