Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon milk or soy milk
- 3 tablespoon oil n (sunflower oil)
- 1 egg (s)
For decoration:
- possibly dessert sauce
- possibly chocolate sprinkles or sugar sprinkles or similar.
- possibly sweets (e.g. Smarties)
- possibly raisins
- possibly nuts
- possibly chocolate (chocolate chips)

- Take a slightly taller cup or a coffee mug and fill in the ingredients one after the other. Mix everything together properly. The dough should be loose. Not super fluid, but easy to move.
- Now put the cup in the microwave for 3 minutes. Maximum power or 1000 watts. Take out the cup and overturn it onto a container of your choice.
- If necessary, decorate with dessert sauce, crumble, etc.! Depending on your wishes, you can also add smarties or chocolate drops or nuts, raisins to the liquid dough before going into the microwave. Also delicious with ice cream. Consume hot.
