Ingredients

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 3 bell peppers, red, green and yellow
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 10 olives, halved
  • 100 g sheep cheese

For the dressing:

  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove (s) garlic or garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon herbs (pizza herbs)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ paprika powder
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce, drain it well and pick it up. Wash and core the peppers and cut into strips. Wash tomatoes, cut into slices, halve if necessary. Cut the cucumber into slices either with or without the skin. Mix the olives and the feta cheese, cut into small pieces, with all the salad ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the salad.
