Ingredients

  • 700 g minced beef
  • 3 tablespoon butter, for frying
  • 3 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic (pressed)
  • 8 sage leaves, (chopped)
  • 3 ½ dl red wine
  • 1 dl meat broth, strong
  • 2 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat-leafed, finely chopped
  • salt
  • Pepper, black
  • 500 g noodles, (croissant noodles)
  • applesauce

Instructions

  1. Fry the ground beef in hot clarified butter, stirring occasionally, until it is crumbly and almost cooked through. Add onions, garlic and sage and fry briefly. Deglaze with red wine and stock. Add tomato puree and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add parsley and season well with salt and pepper. Keep warm until serving.
  2. Cook the croissant noodles in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet al dente. Drain, drain well, mix with melted butter and serve in deep plates. Spread the minced meat sauce on top and serve with applesauce.
