Ingredients
- 200 g belua lentils
- 1 can plain tuna, drained
- 1 can tuna in oil or in paprika-chili oil
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- vinegar
- salt and pepper

- Cook the lentils for 20-30 minutes according to the instructions on the packet, do not use salted water, as the lentils will burst. Rinse the lentils after cooking.
- Chop the garlic and bell pepper and mix all the ingredients together. Season to taste with pepper, salt and a good dash of vinegar.
