- 100 ml tomato sauce
- 50 g salami
- 125 g cheese, rated, e.. Emmentaler
- salt and pepper

- Cut the aubergine into approx. 1 cm thick slices and lay out on a baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce on the aubergine slices and season with salt or pepper if necessary. Then spread the salami on top and finally sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C (fan oven) until the cheese is golden brown.
