Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 port. Creme (Bavarian Creme)
- 1 sponge cake base
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- sugar
- Chocolate sprinkles

- Wash the strawberries, clean and cut into pieces, add lightly sugar and leave to steep.
- Beat the whipped cream with a stirrer on the highest setting, covering the bowl with a splash guard or a kitchen towel. Then stir in the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar. Pour the cream into a piping bag.
- Punch four circles out of the biscuit base, for example with the help of a glass. These form the basis of the Maimarkt mug. Apply a layer of Bavarian cream (recipes can be found in the database) on each. Cover with the sugared strawberries and top with icing. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
- The Maimarkt mug should be placed in a cold place until it is consumed.
