Mashed Potatoes with Stew

If you need to whip up something or are on vacation, try making mashed potatoes and stew at home. The dish is delicious and satisfying, and it cooks quickly.

Ingredients
- Potatoes – 4 Pieces
- Stew – 150 Grams
- Greens – To taste
- Salt – To taste
Directions
- If you are going to make a quick dinner for the whole family, double the amount of ingredients. Stew is best used from beef.
- Clean the potatoes, cut them into 4 pieces, fill them with water and put them on fire. After boiling, salt, but do not oversalt, since the stew is also seasoned to taste.
- In the meantime, chop the greens. Green onions and dill are most delicious for this dish. Shred the greens as small as possible.
- When the potatoes are boiled, drain all the water and begin to crush. At the end, add the stew to taste and continue stirring. It is better to use a mixer for these purposes – the mashed potatoes will turn out to be airy.
- Milk and butter should not be added, although many people like to use butter as well. The puree can also be whipped by hand – so it will be drier and more crumbly.
- That’s it – a quick dinner is ready! Serve the stewed mashed potatoes at home with fresh vegetables or pickles.
