Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • 100 g oat flakes, coarse
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g apricot (s), dried, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients one after the other with the hand mixer. If the dough is a little dry, add about 1 tablespoon of cold water. Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them with a fork.
  2. Bake at 175 degrees C top and bottom heat for about 10 minutes.
