Oatmeal with Zucchini and Egg

In the summer, instead of milk porridge, I suggest preparing oatmeal with vegetables and a boiled egg for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes – 0.5-1 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 1 tbsp
  • Boiled eggs – 1-2 pcs.
  • Oatmeal flakes – 0.5-1 glass
  • Salt – 1 pinch

How to cook oatmeal with vegetables and eggs:

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Turn on the multicooker to the “frying” mode, setting the time to “15 minutes”. Heat oil. Layout the onion. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  3. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small slices. Roll in flour.
  4. Add zucchini to the onion. Mix. Continue frying for another 8 minutes, stirring as needed.
  5. Chop the tomatoes.
  6. Add tomatoes to a slow cooker, fry for 2 minutes. Then turn on the multicooker. Cook in the “Stew” mode for 10 minutes, covering the multicooker with a lid.
  7. To boil water. Pour the oatmeal so that there is a 1 cm layer of boiling water on top. Salt. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
  8. Slice the eggs.
  9. When the multicooker turns off, salt the vegetables and stir everything.
  10. Put oatmeal on the plates, vegetables on top. Sprinkle with chopped eggs.
