Pancake Dough

Use this recipe to make pancake dough in milk and water, and you will have tender and mouth-watering pancakes. Thin, delicate and ruddy.

Cook: 1 hour 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Water – 200 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 100 ml + for greasing the pan
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 160 g (1 glass of 250 ml)
  • Sugar – 40 g (about 2 tablespoons)
  • Salt – 4 g (about 0.5 teaspoon)

Directions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and salt with a whisk until smooth.
  2. Add milk, stir.
    Add flour, mix well with a whisk until smooth.
  3. Add water and vegetable oil, mix the pancake dough thoroughly. Cover the bowl with the dough and leave for 1 hour.
    The pancake dough is ready.
  4. Fry thin pancakes in a well-heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
  5. When one side of the pancake is browned, turn it over and fry on the other side.
  6. You can serve thin pancakes with sour cream, jam or stuffed with minced meat, vegetables or fruits.
