Ingredients
- 150 g pasta, fork spahetti
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoon water (pasta cooking water)
- 100 g cheese (Esrom), diced
- 100 g cheese (Danablue), diced
- 200 g cucumber (s), diced
- 150 g iceber lettuce, cut into fine strips
- 150 g mayonnaise, liht
- 50 g tomato ketchup

- Boil the pasta in salted water and drain. Mix together vinegar, oil and water and mix with the warm pasta. Pour the iceberg lettuce into a glass bowl or serving bowls. Layer the other ingredients on top. Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup and pour over it.
